HHow to create, switch, and delete teams?

 

1. Creating a New Team

  • Click your [Profile Avatar] in the top-right corner > select [Team Settings].

  • On the Team Settings page, click the [+ New Team] button.

  • In the pop-up window:

    • Enter a unique Team Name

    • Add a Team Description (optional)

  • Click Confirm to create the team.

Note: Team names must be unique across your organization.
You can also modify existing team names and descriptions on this page.

 

2. Switching Teams

  • Click your [Profile Avatar] in the top-right corner.

  • Hover over [Switch Team].

  • Select your desired team from the dropdown list of all available teams.

  • The system will instantly switch to your selected team workspace.

 

3. Deleting a Team

  • Navigate to: [Profile Avatar] > [Team Settings] > [Joined Teams].

  • In the Actions column:

    • Locate the team you wish to remove

    • Click the Delete option

  • Confirm deletion in the prompt window.

System will automatically:

  • Send a [Team Deletion Notification] email to all members

  • Preserve data integrity by preventing deletion of:

  •  Your currently active team (switch first)
  • The last remaining team in your organization

Permission Note: Only Super Admins can delete teams.
