1. Dashboard Summary
The overview displays key metrics across multiple dimensions:

Unique Visitors

Bounce Rate

Average Visit Duration
Supports time range filters and multi-dimensional data filtering.

2. Switching Websites
Click the dropdown arrow to view all connected websites. Select any site to instantly switch its analytics view.

3. Viewing/Editing Timezone
Each website's timezone is displayed below its entry.
To modify: Navigate to [Settings]
Note: Only Super Admins and Admins can change timezones.

4. Real-Time Visitors
Click the "Current Online:X " indicator (right of website name):

Definition: Visitors active within last 60 seconds

Auto-refreshes in real-time
-
Redirects to Realtime page showing:
-
Visitor/pageview data for past 30 minutes
-
Auto-updating charts (refreshed every second)

5. Statistical Metrics
View both:
-
Core metrics (views, sessions,unique visitors, bounce rate, visit duration)
-
20 additional data dimensions

6. Time Filters
Use the filter at the chart's top-right corner to:

Select custom time ranges
-
Toggle between chart types (default: line → bar)
-
Display logic:
-
≤24 hours: Hourly intervals
-
24 hours: Daily/Weekly/Monthly based on selection

7. Filters
If you wish to view specific data for a particular dimension within a certain time period, you can use the data filters.
(1) Click the 【+ Add Filter】 button. You can filter by multiple dimensions such as:

Source、Page、Country、State/Province、City、Browser
You can also search for your desired metrics and use conditions like "Is", "Is not", "contains", or "is not contains" to create corresponding groupings.
(2) Alternatively, click directly on any dimension value in the report for quick one-click filtering. You can then continue to add other filters in the top filter bar, modify the current filter's condition, or remove individual/all active filters.

8. Chart Toggling
Switch visualization styles between Line Charts and Bar Charts via the chart type selector.


9. Detailed Metrics
Click "More" below any dimension to:

Access complete data tables
-
Sort metrics in descending order
-
View visitor counts, pageviews, and percentage distributions


10.One-Click Data Export
(1) Overall Metric Data: Use the download button in the top-right corner of the dashboard.
(2) Dimensional Statistical Data: Use the download button in the top-right corner of each respective dimension section. Download options are also available on various detail pages.
(3) File Format: Data is exported to an Excel spreadsheet. The export supports applying existing time ranges and field filters, so you only download the filtered data you are viewing.
