How to change your account password?

Data4 provides two methods to update your password:

1.Forgot Password

If you've forgotten your password during login:

     1. On the login page, click "Forget Password".

     2. Enter your registered email address.

     3. Input the verification code sent to your email.

     4. Set and confirm your new password.

2.Update via Account Settings

To proactively change your password:

1. Click your [Profile Avatar] in the top-right corner.

2. Select [Account Info].

3. On the Account Information page:

   • Verify your identity (if prompted)

   • Update your password in the security section

   • Save changes
